Here's how it works: As the brush moves forward, the 5 curved rows of bristles at the front of the brush naturally pull the material towards the centre of the brush away from the outside edge. On a conventional straight brush, as a volume of material builds up in front of the brush it naturally works its way to the outside and leaves an unsightly line of overspill on each side.

A) Yes – brilliantly. SweepEx’s unique bristles sweep every crevice, even when the floor is slatted as in a grain store
Q) Can I fit a SweepEx to my JCB / Matbro telehandlers?
A) Yes – the SQH200 hitch allows you to use the SweepEx directly onto the telehandlers back plate, so the whole mounting / dismounting operation is done from the cab in seconds
Q) Will SweepEx clear snow?
A) Yes – snowfalls up to about 5/6 inches can be swept quickly and easily. Unlike a snowplough you can use SweepEx all year round for sweeping tasks!
Q) How long do the bristles last before needing replacement?
A) How long is a piece of string?! A very long time, is the answer, which obviously depends on sweeping tasks, regularity of use, and many other aspects. SweepEx say bristles should last up to about 450 miles of sweeping – we haven’t proved them wrong yet!
Q) Is it easy to replace bristles?
A) It’s a piece of cake; undo the bolt on the end plate and lift up, slide the bristle sections out, slide the new sections back in, drop the end plate and fasten the bolt. Back to work!
Q) Can I shift slurry?
A) Yes – SweepEx will push slurry and standing water surprisingly effectively. And with it's ultra-strong brushing action, SweepEx will scrub the ground's surface clean, rather than smearing like a yard scraper will.
Q) What’s SweepEx like on larger stones and rubble?
A) No problem – small boulders are just pushed along, thanks to the extremely strong and durable bristles, which are also flexible when encountering immovable obstacles
Q) Which SweepEx should I choose?
A) It all depends on three main points;
1) What will you use SweepEx on? If it’s a set of standard forks, then any of the three ranges will fit.
2) What do you want to do with SweepEx? Most users choose the Mega range for it’s sheer power and effectiveness, while a Pro is an excellent choice for a medium duty all-round work, but if you only need a SweepEx occasionally for light work or indoor use, a ValuSweep performs brilliantly.
