Our van delivery service operates in the area shown in the map above and delivers direct to your farm for the ultimate in convenience and reliability. We use national carriers outside of this area to deliver your goods, and dispatch all orders promptly on an express service.

Your order will be delivered within 24/48 hours, subject to stock and delivery service available. We aim to provide an unbeatable delivery time on all our goods, and would welcome you putting us to the test!
Please note that some items may take slightly longer, depending on availability, size/weight , and conditions beyond our control.

  • Free next day delivery on orders over £30 for customers who are located in our van delivery area.
  • For customers who are outside of our van area there is a £10 delivery charge for orders under £75
  • For non-mainland addresses delivery charges vary.
  • Bulky items such as barrels of oil, weld on brackets and grain store pedestals will occur further charges.

Warranty Procedure

All APM replacement parts carry a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for 3 months from the date of purchase.  This warranty is subject to normal wear and tear. 

Goods sold by APM are warranted by the manufacturer and APM endeavours to ensure sound materials and workmanship.  APM’s sole liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the item at the manufacturer’s discretion or at APM’s option grant a monetary credit to the Buyer equal
to the then current net delivered price to the Buyer of such defective part.

APM aims to complete the warranty process within the following timescales. Within 14 days of the customer raising the issues, we aim to have the goods returned, in full working order, and then within 14 days, all paperwork completed.

Returns Policy

APM’s motto is ‘APM delivered’ and we strive to fulfil this on every occasion, however there may be times when where you feel it is necessary to return or exchange an item. 

You are entitled to either an exchange or full refund providing the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of purchase for the goods being returned
  • The supplied goods are returned within 14 days
  • All items to be returned must be in manufacturer’s original packaging (if applicable) and be in a resalable condition
  • For faulty goods, please contact the warrant team on 01794 388622  and a member of the team will assist

Non-returnable products:

  • Special order items
  • Obsolete Stock
  • Special assembly kits.

Please have ready your account number or postcode, contact name and collection address.  Our team will raise a collection request which will be processed by our distribution network

When the items are returned in the condition agreed, replacement goods will be despatched or alternatively a refund or account credit will be issued all subject to the following terms and conditions:

Subject to such permission being granted by APM, all re-saleable catalogue items may be returned within 14 days for a full credit.

Goods returned after this, will be subject to a 20% handling and administration charge.

Goods will not be accepted for return after 90 days from the delivery date.

All items to be returned must be in manufacturer’s original packaging (if applicable) and be in a resalable condition.  Failure to comply may result in a return for credit being cancelled or items returned to sender.

Defective goods may only be returned using the warranty procedure.
